Payment & Cancellation Policy

refers to new individual room bookings from 08/03/2021 onwards.
Exclusive rentals are excluded. Separate conditions apply for this.

Deposit:
The deposit is the amount of the first night and will be charged to the client’s indicated credit card after booking. The balance is due on arrival.

Cancellation:
The guest pays an amount equal to the first night in case of cancellation after the reservation.
